The Canton Fair is China’s biggest trade fair. Its official name is the China Import and Export Fair. In Chinese, people call it 广交会 (Guǎngjiāohuì). The first fair was held in 1957. Today, it takes place twice a year, in spring and autumn, in Guangzhou. China’s Ministry of Commerce and the government of Guangdong Province host it together.

The autumn fair has three phases. Phase 2 is all about the home: building and decorative materials, sanitary ware, furniture, home decorations, and more. That’s where you will find us.

You may already know Roger from TikTok. He makes English videos about Chinese factories, building materials, and daily life in China. More than 2.2 million people follow him on TikTok, and his videos bring us messages from buyers all over the world.

Why does Roger make these videos? In a 2024 interview with Yangcheng Evening News, a major newspaper in Guangzhou, Roger said that trust is a big worry for overseas buyers who come to China to buy. Because so many people watch his videos, buyers already know who he is before they meet him.
