George Group headquarters exterior and 25-story building directory

As the business and team continued to expand, George Group officially moved into the new headquarters building on August 10, 2026. The 25-story building is not only divided according to different business departments, but also organized around the actual process of a complete project, from design, material selection, product supply to project management and delivery. Floors 1 to 5 form a larger podium, each between roughly 2,100 and 2,850 square meters, while floors 6 to 25 share a standard tower floor plate of approximately 1,770 square meters. 1 to 11F house the main public spaces, materials areas, showrooms, and product departments, with lower floors allowing clients and project teams to directly view materials and product solutions. 12 to 25F house project management, sales, logistics, quality control, finance, management, and technical teams, forming an operational system supporting front end product supply and subsequent project execution.

George Deco, located on the 24F, is one of George Group's key business teams serving overseas clients. It collaborates with the group's internal design, customization, tile, sanitary, stone, furniture, lighting, door and window departments to integrate solutions from different product categories into a single project. We will elaborate on this further below. Currently, the new headquarters is still undergoing continuous improvement and phased opening. Some showrooms are in the final stages of construction, and some office spaces on 12 to 20F are being renovated and put into use. As the different spaces are gradually completed, we will continue to update related articles to record the latest changes at George Group's new headquarters.

So, how does this 25-story headquarters actually work? Let's take a floor by floor look at the departments, teams, and spaces that make up George Group's new headquarters.

1F

Design Center, Materials Museum, and Clients Experience Space

George Group 1F Day One Space, Materials Museum, Design Center, and George Coffee

The 1F of George Group's headquarters showcases various aspects of the group. Upon entering, next to the entrance is George Coffee, providing a relaxed space for clients to chat and rest before or after visiting the showroom. Adjacent to this is Day One Space, which uses company introductions and development history to help first time visitors quickly understand the scale of George Group's business and its overall structure.

Opposite Day One Space are the Design Center and the Material Museum. The George Group has approximately 150 designers, with team members averaging over 7 years of design experience, responsible for design work at different stages, from project concept and spatial design to material selection and product implementation.

The Material Museum is an integral part of the design center. Design doesn't simply begin with a product list; color, texture, proportion, durability, maintenance costs and budget, as well as the relationships between different materials, all influence the final spatial effect. Designers can directly view and compare real material samples in the Material Museum, applying these physical references to project design and material selection, thus more closely connecting the design solution with the subsequent actual product selection.

The 1F also includes the SAWA Middle Eastern restaurant, primarily serving Muslim and Middle Eastern clients. The restaurant is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in September 2026. We will continue to update this page with the latest headquarters information after its official opening.

2F

Tile and Sanitary Department

George Group 2F sanitary department

The 2F of George Group houses Tile and Sanitary Department. Tiles and sanitary products are among the most common and widely used building materials in residential, hotel, apartment, and commercial projects.

To better serve different markets and project requirements, some product categories within George Group are organized into multiple specialized teams. These teams maintain healthy internal competition while also working closely together, allowing them to respond flexibly to the specific requirements of different projects.

George Group's Tile Department is divided into two teams. Tiles Department One is headed by Dennis, who studied in the United States, comes from a family that has long run a tile factory, and has many years of experience in the ceramics industry. Tiles Department Two is headed by Felix, who has over 20 years of experience in the ceramics industry.

The Sanitary Department division also has two teams, headed by Miya and Helen respectively. These teams provide sanitary product selection and matching solutions for residential, hotel, apartment, and commercial spaces, tailored to different project types and client needs.

The 2F is not only a showroom for tiles and sanitary products, but more importantly, it allows clients to communicate directly with a professional team familiar with these products and determine a more suitable product solution based on the actual needs of the project.

3F

Flooring & Staircase, Metal & Glass Department

George Group 3F flooring, staircase, metal and glass department

The 3F of the George Group primarily houses the Flooring and Staircase, Metal and Glass Departments. It also includes shared office space and staff cafeteria. The 3F covers a diverse range of products and is beginning to incorporate more customized and engineering oriented solutions.

The Flooring and Staircase Department is also divided into two teams. Flooring and Staircase Department One is headed by Eric, and Flooring Department Two is headed by Victor.

The other part of the 3F houses the Metal & Glass Department, managed by Rex. This team not only provides standard metal and glass products but also participates in the design and implementation of special building facades and interior structural decorations. The Mechanical Flip Matrix showcased on the 1F of the headquarters was completed by this team. These customized products are suitable for projects such as hotels and commercial spaces that have high requirements for visual appeal and spatial functionality.

The 3F also features a shared workspace and an employee cafeteria, providing daily work and communication space for the headquarters team.

If the flooring and metal glass on the 3F define the "skeleton" of the space, then the custom cabinetry and woodwork on the fourth 4F set the overall style and tone of the home. Next, we'll move into the 4F.

4F

Custom Kitchen & Wardrobe Department

George Group 4F kitchen and wardrobe department

The 4F of George Group is primarily planned as a Custom Kitchen & Wardrobe Department. Currently, the showroom and office space are still in the final stages of renovation and improvement. Before the showroom is completed, the two custom teams are temporarily working in the shared office area on the 5F.

Leven is in charge of Custom Kitchen & Wardrobe Department One, Lolita is in charge of Custom Kitchen & Wardrobe Department Two, and there is also a professional team responsible for design and development, technical coordination and project follow up.

Once the 4F space is fully completed, we will continue to update photos, team information, showroom displays, and specific custom cases for this floor, allowing clients to gain a more intuitive understanding of George Group's kitchen and wardrobe customization business.

5F

Share Office Area

George Group 5F office area

The 5F of George Group is currently planned as a shared office area, providing flexible workspace for teams across the headquarters. At this stage, it mainly serves as the temporary base for the Custom Kitchen & Wardrobe teams, who are working here while their showroom and office space on the 4F are in the final stages of renovation. Beyond that, the shared office area gives project teams from different departments a common space to meet, coordinate, and work together when a project involves multiple product categories. As the headquarters continues its phased opening, the use of this floor may be further adjusted, and we will update this section as the layout of the 5F is finalized.

6F

Stone Department

George Group 6F marble and granite department

The 6F of George Group is a stone display area, mainly showcasing marble and granite. Stone engineering not only requires attention to the color and material of the stone, but also needs to comprehensively consider the variations in slab texture, cutting methods, edge treatment, reinforcement, packaging, and installation conditions. It is suitable for projects that use a large amount of natural stone or have high requirements for the continuity of texture.

Katie heads the Stone Department One, and Edison heads the Stone Department Two. Each leader leads their team, providing material selection and procurement support for projects where stone plays a significant role in design and budget. Meanwhile, George Deco also produced a video about stone factory, further showcasing the production and processing of stone, helping clients understand how a piece of stone is cut, processed, and treated before being used in specific architectural and interior projects.

7F

Furniture Showroom and Department

George Group furniture display

The 7F of George Group houses the Furniture Showroom and Furniture Department. Foshan is known as the "Furniture Capital of the World," and furniture is one of George Group's most competitive product categories.

The Furniture Department is divided into two teams: Furniture Department One, headed by Victor, and Furniture Department Two, headed by Maya. Both team leaders have over ten to nearly twenty years of experience in the furniture industry, have extensive experience dealing with furniture needs from different countries and regions, and are able to customize furniture according to the size, style, and usage scenario of a project.

George Group's furniture team not only assists clients with product selection but also participates in furniture configuration and customization based on project drawings, renderings, and design directions. Clients can directly view the actual materials, structure, and workmanship of different furniture pieces at headquarters and discuss suitable product combinations for their projects with the professional team.

8F

Hotel Supplies, Appliances and Purchasing Department

George Group hotel supplies, appliances and sourcing department

The 8F of the George Group building primarily houses the hotel supplies department, the electronics department, and the sourcing department, as well as a gym, yoga studio, and other exercise spaces. The sourcing team mainly assists global clients in finding and sourcing various goods beyond building materials.

The Hotel Supplies Department, headed by Suky, primarily provides linens, guest room supplies, kitchen and dining utensils, and other essential hotel operating products to hotels, apartments, and commercial projects. In hotel projects, building materials and interior decoration are only part of the basic delivery; the various supplies required for formal operation also necessitate a systematic selection and supply process. George Group integrates hotel supplies into its headquarters' project supply system, allowing clients to continue sourcing necessary supporting products for hotel operations after completing the procurement of building materials and interior products, reducing the costs of repeated communication and coordination between different suppliers.

The electrical appliance department, headed by Ason, primarily provides selection and matching services for both residential and commercial electrical appliances. In villa, hotel, and apartment projects, appliance selection needs to be coordinated with cabinet dimensions, electrical circuit planning, smart home systems, and the overall design style.

The 8F also houses a Gym and Yoga Studio. George Group has experience in complete gym projects, with expertise in everything from equipment selection and space planning to flooring materials and lighting. Clients on the eighth floor can directly experience the practical use of these spaces and discuss overall solutions for the Gym, Yoga Studio, and other commercial spaces with the relevant team.

9F

Lighting and Smart Home Department

George Group lighting design

The 9F of the George Group building houses the Lighting Department. Lighting is one of the earliest business areas that Chairman George ventured into, and it is also a product category in which the group has accumulated significant experience over the long term.

The lighting work was handled by two teams: Lighting Department One, led by Vina, and Lighting Department Two, led by Liz. Each team provided lighting fixture selection, lighting design, and overall lighting solutions for residential, villa, hotel, and commercial spaces. Lighting not only affects the atmosphere and sense of depth of a space but also requires comprehensive coordination with interior design style, ceiling height, material reflectivity, and usage scenarios.

The 9F also houses the George Group's Smart Home System Department. Clients can use smart switches or voice control to manage their home's lights, curtains, appliances, and other devices, enabling scenario based smart management. Having smart home systems and lighting on the same floor allows lighting solutions and smart control systems to be designed and integrated within the same team, avoiding the coordination difficulties commonly encountered in traditional projects where lighting and smart home systems are handled by different suppliers.

10F

Soft Furnishings and Wall Panels Department

Custom wall panel

The 10F of George Group houses the Soft Furnishing and Wall Paneling Department. This floor primarily offers wall panels, soft tiles, curtains, carpets, and artificial marble like decorative materials and alternatives, serving as a crucial link in the project's transition from basic hard furnishings to the final spatial presentation.

It mainly consists of two professional teams: Furnishing Department One, led by Moon, and Wall Panel Department Two, led by Anna. Based on the project's design style and budget, the two teams provide clients with support in selecting and matching wall materials, curtains, carpets, and other soft furnishing products.

Furnishing style design

Once the interior walls, soft furnishings, and overall atmosphere are gradually determined, the project will need another important type of building product to connect the interior and exterior spaces—doors and windows.

11F

Doors and Windows Department

Doors and windows building material supplies

The 11F of George Group is the Doors and Windows showroom, mainly offering entrance doors, interior doors, sliding doors, folding doors, aluminum alloy doors and windows, system doors and windows, and other custom doors and windows.

The doors and windows section is handled by two teams. Doors & Windows Department One is led by Binney, a member of the younger generation whose fresh perspectives and energy bring more innovative ideas to the product and drive the team to take on more challenging projects. Doors & Windows Department Two is led by Rachel, who is pragmatic and down to earth, and excels at translating project requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Doors and windows are essential enclosing elements of architectural spaces, directly impacting a building's appearance, lighting, ventilation, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and security. Doors and windows not only need to meet functional requirements but also must maintain consistency with the building's facade design and interior style, which is particularly important for villas, hotels, and commercial projects. The George Group window and door team can provide comprehensive support from selection to installation guidance, based on project profile requirements, glass configurations, hardware selection, and thermal performance standards.

From the design and materials on the 1F, to tiles, sanitary, flooring, custom made products, stone, furniture, lighting, and soft furnishings, and then to the doors and windows on the 11F, the main products and display areas of the George Group headquarters are basically completed here.

Starting from the 12F, we enter the headquarters building's office area, where the operations teams support front end product supply and project execution. Next, we will walk through floors 12 to 25F to understand the "back office system" of George Group's headquarters.

12–20F

The Office Area on 12–20F Is Still Under Construction

12-20F of the George Group building are planned as office spaces, but interior decoration is not yet complete. We will not showcase these as finished spaces or create departmental layouts until the final use of each area is determined. Currently, these floors are reserved for future headquarters expansion to accommodate growth in teams, systems, and project volume. We will continue to update accurate information as the floors are completed.

21–22F

Office and Operations Areas on 21–22F

21 and 22F are primarily used for the daily office work of the group's internal teams. Each floor houses functional departments such as the sales team, human resources department, logistics department, quality inspection department, finance department, and general manager's office, forming a complete back end system that supports front end product supply and project execution.

The logistics department is responsible for coordinating the transportation and tracking the delivery of global orders; the quality inspection department conducts random inspections of products leaving the factory and controls the quality of project batches; and the sales team works closely with various product departments to address client needs from different countries and regions. Although these functional departments do not directly appear in front of clients, they are indispensable support links for every project from confirmation to delivery.

23F

George Group Management Office Area

The 23F of the George Group building is primarily planned as office space for the group's management team and the office of Chairman George. The group's management team is mainly responsible for group management, strategic decision making, and coordination among different business segments.

With George Group's business encompassing multiple sectors including design, building materials, furniture, logistics, quality control, technology, and overseas projects, the headquarters management focuses more on coordinating the development direction of different departments and promoting collaborative operations among design, product, project management, and back office support teams.

Currently, some office spaces on the 23F are still under improvement. We will continue to update you on the office environment and usage of this floor once it is fully operational.

24F

George Deco Project Coordination Core

The 24th floor houses George Deco's main office space. George Deco is one of George Group's key business teams serving overseas project clients, primarily handling villas, hotels, apartments, and commercial projects, and connecting client needs with different professional departments within the group.

Roger Wu is in charge of George Deco. As the head of George Deco, Roger is responsible for the overall management of the team and overseas project business, and maintains long term collaboration with the George Group's internal design, tile, sanitary, custom, stone, furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, doors and windows, quality control, and logistics teams. Roger also participates in project communication during overseas client visits to headquarters or key project advancements, and coordinates client needs and product solutions with George Deco's Project Manager and Solution Managers from various departments.

You get one dedicated Project Manager (PM), from your first message onward.

  1. Understand your project: current status, requirements, preferred style, and budget.
  2. Design, if you need it: your PM briefs our design team, who produce the design and 3D visuals. Your PM sends you each version until you confirm it. Already have a design? Skip to step 3.
  3. Material selection: your PM brings in Sales Managers (SMs) from the product departments your project needs. Each SM recommends products from their category, and your PM builds them into one solution.
  4. Showroom visit: this is usually when we invite you to our 25-story headquarters showroom in China to see and select materials in person. Your PM stays your contact. The SMs answer product questions so you can compare options against your project, style, and budget.
  5. Travel arrangements: first time in China? Your PM books hotels and arranges transport.
  6. Delivery: once design and materials are confirmed, your PM handles quotation, production, quality control, and international shipping.

You never have to work out the next step, or track down the right department. Ask your PM.

This integrated structure allows George Group to operate not simply as a collection of individual product departments, but as a building materials supplier capable of coordinating multiple product categories for a single project.

If you are working on a villa, hotel, apartment, office building, restaurant, or other commercial project, you can first share your floor plan, project requirements, and procurement plan with George Deco. Our project team will help you identify the product categories involved in the project and connect you with the corresponding professional departments within the George Group to jointly determine the next steps in product solutions and procurement plans.

25F

Technology and Digital Operations Center

The 25F of George Group's headquarters building is the top floor, primarily housing the technical team's offices. As the number of employees, product departments, and overseas projects continues to increase, maintaining information consistency across different teams and improving project processing efficiency has become a crucial aspect of the headquarters' operational system.

The technology team's work extends far beyond developing ERP and CRM systems. George Group has invested heavily in end to end digital integration and AI training, covering the entire process from client requirement input, project breakdown, departmental collaboration, and quotation consolidation to order tracking, logistics coordination, and quality control. These systems enable hundreds of project managers and professional teams across all floors to collaborate efficiently on a single data platform, reducing omissions and delays in information transmission and allowing each department to have a clearer understanding of project progress and their own tasks.

From the Design Center and Material Museum on the first floor, to the professional product departments on different floors, to the George Deco project team on the 24th floor and the technology department on the 25th floor, the new headquarters of George Group has formed a working system that connects design, product supply, project coordination, back end operations and digital support.

George Group's new headquarters is still under construction. We will continue to update team information, product details, and project case studies for each department. Content related to tiles, custom furniture, stone, furniture, lighting, doors and windows, quality control, and logistics will be discussed in future articles.
